Sarah Langford Fitness holds exercise classes in and around the Bristol area, as well as offers Sports Massage, Nutrition advice, Kinesiology and Personal training. 

Sarah Langford Fitness teaches the following classes; Fitness Pilates, Freestyle Fitness Yoga, Aerobics, Body Conditioning, Boxercise, Nike Training Club and Pre and Post-Natal Exercise.

This site should help new and existing clients find out about classes, membership packages, services I offer, give feedback and get a general feel of your instructor.

Qualifications: Level 3 REPS Fitness Instructor and Fitness Pilates Instructor, Pre and Post Natal Instructor, Kinesiology  Practitioner and Sports Massage Therapist.

Her aims are: to teach people about health and fitness, create a fun, energetic workout, to help people achieve their goals, and gain new knowledge.
