This is a 45 minute exercise class which uses pad work (equipment is provided or bring your own) to teach you the different punch styles and combinations. You will build up strength, not only in your arms but the whole body.
I use a mix of training formats such as HIIT, Circuits, Boxing combinations, to really get the body working, don't worry we get the legs and abs involved too.
Everyone who comes to class is very friendly and will make you feel welcome.
